Is one of the tripartite entities of IDESKS ONLINE COMPANIES. We offer a wide range of services such as BPO Consultation, Process Outsourcing & Management, Call Center Set-up and Management, Call Center Infrastructure Set-up and Management.

Officially established in November 2019 as International Desks Business Consultancy Services, the initial concept was born two years prior and has evolved from a simple Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) to Business Consultancy and Process Management (BPM) entity as to how it is today.

Registered both with the Australian Securities & Investment Commission (ASIC) and with the Securities and Exchange Commission of the Philippines (SEC), IDESKS’ call center solutions from consultancy to management directly benefit outsourcing companies through increased productivity and improved call center efficiency.
